There are various number of ores and mines for extracting Lead from soil, but the major source of Lead is Used Lead Acid Batteries and it is also an Environment friendly process.
We provide Lead Recycling Unit/Plant which consists of Rotary Furnace: Lead Rotary Furnace is a device used to melt the hard lead from Lead Acid Batteries and remove the unwanted chemical or slug present in the Lead from Used Batteries. It is of different capacity depends upon the requirement of customer.
Air Pollution Control Unit: Air Pollution Controll Unit/Device is used to control the Air Pollution as the process of Recycling Lead is dangerous process, It release hazardous gases.
Air Pollution Control Device includes Bag House System, Gravity Chamber, Cyclone and other Equipments which decreases harmfull particles from Flue gases before releasing it to surroundings.
Electric Pannel: Electric Control Panel for Rotary Furnace and its Air Pollution Control Device.

Battery Cutting Unit: In case customer wants to recycle the lead from used Lead Acid Battery, we also manufacture Battery Breaking Unit.
Fully Automatic Lead Ingot Machine: If a manufacturer wants to make Lead Ingots from the recycled Lead from used batteries, we provide fully Automatic Lead Ingot machine.
